I have used these Smart Balance Baking sticks for all of my 12 Days of Treats. I'll be extremely honest - I could not tell that it was only half butter. Everything turned out wonderfully. I definitely recommend them... if you are like me and want to provide healthier options for your family these definitely make that possible!
