Easier Bacon

Making Bacon is messy. Whether you fry it in a pan or put it in the microwave you have to deal with bacon grease and usually bacon that has not cooked evenly. My mom showed me this trick a few years back and it remains my absolute favorite way to make bacon.

Pre-heat oven to 325. Take a slotted broiling pan or a cooling rack placed on top of a cookie sheet and place bacon slices on top.

Bake for 20 minutes. Remove pan for perfect, evenly cooked bacon. Best part? Grease is underneath and can be discarded in one quick pour :)
