Save on Pork Chops

Currently at Kroger they have boneless pork loin for $1.79/lb. Rarely will you ever see quality pork chops for this price. Solution? Buy the pork loin and cut your own pork chops from it! Not only will you save money by doing this, it will be a healthier cut of meat. I usually cut the loin into thick slices, place into a freezer bag with whatever marinade I would normally use and put it in the freezer. Next time you want to make pork chops you can simply thaw and use directly from the bag!
