Kroger Cart Buster Sale + Giveaway! - Closed!


It is week two of  Kroger’s Cart Buster Savings Event. Have you been yet?

Kroger does several "Mega Event" promotions each year where if you buy a specified number of items you get a certain dollar amount off of your order. While I get excited about all Mega Events, I love the cart buster the most because the prices are already really low and you don’t have to worry about counting anything. I encourage you to take advantage of this great promotion.

Recently, I was contacted by MyBlogSpark to do a post promoting the event. Of course I was super excited- You know how much I LOVE Kroger! The Kroger Family of Stores and General Mills through MyBlogSpark provided me with a $25 gift card to take advantage of the sale and tell all of you about it. I have to be honest with ya'll - I didn't do a very good job of spending $25 last night. I thought I was going to, I really did, but after check out, my total for everything pictured was only $13.11! Plus, I got back a $3 Catalina and $2.85 of my total was tax!

So, everything below only cost $7.26. I'm not joking. Now, I have to go back to Kroger and buy even more Cart Buster items to spend my full $25! Did I mention that I love Kroger?
If you ever needed proof that shopping at Kroger was cheaper than Wal-Mart then here it is! I know, it is a lot of pre-packaged stuff BUT how wonderful is it to be able to have random treats (most of which do not expire until well into 2011) that you barely pay anything for?

This sale is good in the Delta Region until Tuesday, March 16th!  So, print your coupons, load your card with e-coupons and get ready to save some big money! Make sure your Kroger card is registered on the Kroger Website so you can have coupons mailed to your mailbox! Also, don't forget to download your Cart Buster shopping list and check your local ad to see what other great prices you can score while shopping at your local Kroger!
