Cherry Cream Pie

This is an absolutely delicious pie that my mother makes - in no time at all you will have a fabulous dessert on the table with ease! This can be made with any pie filling/topping - the sky is the limit! One of her favorite ways to make it is to add sliced bananas underneath the filling and top with blueberry pie filling. There is rarely a piece left when she makes it - The cherry, however, is my favorite.

Ingredients
1 Pet Ritz Pillsbury Pie Crust (freezer section)
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cups cool whip
1 can cherry pie filling

Score pie crust and bake for 8 minutes or until very lightly golden. While crust cools, combine cream cheese, sugar and cool whip and mix until combined. Pour mixture into pie crust and top with fruit filling. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and serve chilled. Slice and Enjoy!
Oh and your welcome :)

Yeah, that is Nanny's tried and true recipe (she always lined the crust with bananas!) but she also always used Dream Whip - so I do to and have noticed people like it better with Dream Whip! That Nan, boy I sure miss her...
