Ginger Glazed Salmon

My Aunt makes a lot of salmon...if you know her, you know what I mean :) This is my spin on a glaze she shared with me. In true southern fashion she doesn't use measurements so I tried my best to get a good proportion down. This is simple and delicious. If you aren't a fan of brown sugar, feel free to use maple syrup.

Ingredients
2 large salmon pieces
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 small clove garlic
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon mustart (regular or dijon)

Combine all ingredients of glaze in a bowl and brush over salmon. Bake (or grill) in the oven for 15-20 minutes on 425 or until fish flakes easily. Serve with your favorite sides and Enjoy!
