Gypsy Pepper Steak over Brown Rice

While I have been in love with my original Pepper Steak Recipe for almost 6 years now I have always wished it was a little more saucy. I was feeling adventurous yesterday and since I was out of the Ms. Dash that the original recipe calls for, I got a wild hair and came up with this. This is really easy and healthy. Serve over brown rice for a complete meal.

Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak tips (or stew meat)
1 bag stoplight peppers (1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green) and 1 onion, sliced OR 2 bags frozen 3 pepper and onion blend (I used the Kroger Brand)
1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper blend (such as McCormick)
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup beef broth or 1 teaspoon of beef bouillon
1 14 oz can crushed tomatoes (I used Red Gold)
1 clove garlic, pressed

Saute sirloin tips with worcestershire and garlic glove until done, about 5-7 minutes. Add peppers and onions (fresh or frozen) and saute for about 5 more minutes.
Add beef broth, seasoned pepper and crushed tomatoes. Simmer for 15-20 minutes on medium heat. Serve over rice and enjoy! Linking this up to Tasty Tuesday :)
