Kroger Shopping Trip - Saved 78% and Money Maker Cinnamon Rolls

I went to 3 Kroger stores this weekend. Yes, you read that right, three! We stopped in Cabot on our way to my in-laws house and grabbed lunch stuff and a few non-coupon mega sale items (kroger canned fruit and gatorade). I get tired of fast-food pretty quick so we grabbed some bread and lunch meat and just made sandwiches in the car. We enjoyed that so much more than any drive-thru fare!
Then, on our way back home, we stopped in Conway at your newly remodeled Kroger to do some real Mega Sale shopping! We were going to be stopping in Russellville to eat lunch with my aunt, but I didn't know if their Kroger would be out of some things, so I did partial shopping in Conway just to be sure. There I grabbed the Annie's Mac N Cheese, some beef broth, Toothbrushes and Toothpaste, Advil (used my free item coupon), some coffee creamer, fat free half/half and a few non-Mega Sale items like muffin mix (used that new $0.55/2 coupon), mini ravioli for my brother and some discounted Coconut Milk marked down to $0.99! Overall I spent $20 for 47 items (including $2.26 tax) and saved $75 or 78%!
Let me say this about that store - the associates are always so nice when I go! My creamer and half/half coupons weren't doubling automatically (the coupon started with a 9 instead of a 5) so I asked the cashier about it and she doubled them manually for me! That little inquiry saved me an extra $2.20! Once I got home, I noticed the jars of Turkey Gravy have $1/2 Chicken or Beef Gravy coupons under the label. If you wanted, you could peel that off and buy more while in store since it does not take the bar code off.

Next I went to Russellville's Kroger where it was PAAAACCCKKKED! I mean, that was the most hopping place in town! I was going to do a video but there were just too many people shopping and I didn't want to get in anyone's way. Instead, I'm just going to do a video for y'all later today at my kitchen table  about my "Mega Sale Tips".

I got some great deals on that shopping trip as you can see, including my free Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls (ended up being an $0.80 money maker because my 2 ecoupons came off!) and cheap crescent rolls (I had $0.75/1 coupons sent to me from Pillsbury MyGetTogether)! The Catalina printed on both!
I also got Kroger Diapers for $2.99 after a $2 coupon and another bottle of grape juice not pictured. I was excited to see Skinner pasta included in the Mega Sale for only $0.49 a bag and Kroger Powdered and Brown Sugar (not mega sale) for only $1.50 per 2 lb bag! Overall, I spent $49 (including $3.76 tax) for 78 items and saved $122. Heads up to anyone shopping at the Russellville store, I played Coupon Fairy and left coupons around the store :)

So, my stock up total was $69 (including tax) with a savings of $197 - not too shabby!
