Sweet and Sour BBQ Chicken

Wondering what to do with that leftover Cranberry Sauce? Look no further! This dish I threw together tonight is so, so good. Throw in an extra piece (or two) of chicken to can use for BBQ Chicken Pizza in a few days with 1/2 the effort. Tomatoes are optional but I definitely recommend them - they melt into the sauce and provide great added nutrients.

4-6 Chicken Breast
1 cup bbq sauce
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 tomato, diced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in the bottom of a baking dish and cover with remaining ingredients in no particular order.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover, stir to combine sauce and bake an additional 10 minutes uncovered. Serve with sauce and enjoy!
