Cranberry Walnut Baked Brie - Day 3

I know what you're thinking, "A baked cheese dish for dessert? Wierd!" But, contrary to our Apple Pie lifestyle, many culture's serve a cheese course after dinner and this would be perfect for that! This is perfect for an appetizer too.

Cranberry Walnut Baked Brie

1 round or wedge of Brie
1/2 cup cranberry chutney (OR combine 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce with 1/2 tsp each balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Remove rind from the top and sides of the brie.
Bake on 300 for 10-15 minutes or until softened. Top with chutney and walnuts and serve with crackers or apple slices.
