Peanut Butter Pie

My friend Julie brought this to us last week and it was soooo good! She used our friend Mary Avery's recipe. This is one of those great "make ahead" recipes to have in the freezer for when you have unexpected company or are short on time when needing to bring a dessert. We have kept ours in the freezer and are enjoying it one slice at a time :)

Ingredients
1 9-inch prepared graham cracker or chocolate crust
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup milk
1 (8-oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Chocolate syrup

In a large mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter. Slowly pour in milk, beating until smooth.

Fold whipped topping into mixture. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Freeze until firm. Thaw slightly before serving.

Store leftovers in freezer or refrigerator. Enjoy!

This looks fab! If I had it in the freezer, I would eat a slice a day on my own! No company would ever see it.
