Kroger Free Ecoupon - 2 pm CST today

The Kroger site says that the free Ecoupon will be available at 2 pm CST today. If you are trying to get in on this I suggest you head over here about 1:58, sign in and just start refreshing the page as much as possible because these go sooo fast!
