The biggest reason people give to not start a new workout regimen is that they simply do not have time. If this is something you have thought or said, I have good news for you. New research shows that three brisk ten-minute walks instead of one 30-minute workout provide the same health & weight loss benefits. Physicians add that any exercise is good, even the most ordinary but cumulative. I don't know about you, but that is such great news!

Most people in the work place get two 15 minute breaks - spend 10 minutes of these breaks walking the hall, climbing stairs, etc and then you'll only have one more 10 minute walk to throw in once you get off work!
