Campfire Brownies

Who doesn't love S'mores? And with summer just around the corner I can guarantee so many of you are going to be enjoying them in the near future! Here is a fun recipe that will give you that great over the fire s'mores taste without ever having to leave your kitchen.

Ingredients
1 box brownie mix, mixed as directed
1 sleeve graham crackers
1/2- 1 bag mini marshmallows

Mix brownies as directed on package, set batter aside. In a 9x13 very well sprayed pan evenly place graham crackers so they cover the entire bottom. Pour batter on top of crackers and bake as directed. When brownies are finished, top with marshmallows and put under the broiler for 1-2 minutes or until just slightly browned. Remove and allow to cool. Cut into squares with a buttered knife  and enjoy! You can drizzle the top with extra chocolate or chocolate syrup for an even more indulgent treat.

**The graham crackers on the bottom will yield a slight "campfire" taste - if you dont like this, pour batter into the pan first and press the crackers into the batter (reverse order) and bake as directed. Follow with marshmallows.
