Menu Plan 12/21-12/27

The week of Christmas if finally here! Woohoo! I love the holidays and Christmas is easily my favorite. It was kind of hard to come up with a menu for the week, not sure why. We have family coming in so I tried to plan bigger meals that would feed everyone. Here's what I've got:

Monday: Brown Bag Burritos with the works
Tuesday: Cream Cheese Chicken Crescents (from the freezer) and steamed veggies
Wednesday: Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Green Beans and Biscuits
Thursday: Baked Spaghetti, Salad and Garlic Bread
Friday: Ham, Pinto Beans, Peas, Hashbrown Casserole and Rolls
Saturday:Chili, Baked Potatoes and Frito's
Sunday: BBQ Chicken, Mac n Cheese, Broccoli and Rolls

For Christmas morning we'll be having homemade cinnamon rolls, breakfast burritos and fresh fruit - yum! We're also going to be doing a family ornament exchange sometime after Christmas so one of these days could be replaced by an appetizer extravaganza!

Sounds pretty good. I'd post my weekly menu plan but I don't think I could make a blog out of tuna salad and chili.

Excellent menu plans! I'd love too see photos and recipes for some of those great meals! I've been so busy that I haven't even had time to post my menu plans this week!

A Christmas Ornament Exchange Party sounds like alot of fun.
You have a delicious menu planned!
I’m so glad that my husband isn’t working on Christmas Eve and Christmas. He really needs the days off.
Here’s wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas!

ps Please feel free to stop by my blog and leave a comment regarding “Do you still read the newspaper”?
