My best friend from college is coming in this weekend and I'm so excited! Here's our menu plan for the week. What's for dinner at your house?
Breakfast: Eggs, Waffles, Smoothies, Oatmeal or Cream of Wheat
Lunch: Leftovers, Pita pockets, PB&J, Fruit and Chips
Dinner:
Monday: BBQ chicken, MacnCheese, Broccoli and Rolls
Tuesday: Mcalisters
Wednesday: Salmon, Steamed Veggies, Garlic and Cheese Biscuits, Rice
Thursday: Beef stew and leftover Cheese Biscuits
Friday: BBQ chicken pizza and salad
Saturday: Chili and Baked Potatoes
Sunday: Rosemary Chicken Lettuce Wraps
I haven't decided exactly what I'm going to bake this week so I'll get back to ya'll on that. Look for some posts this week of what we had to eat last week including my friend Hannah's Corn Chowder, Harvest and Grain pancakes and Sante Fe soup.
