Happy February! We had a crazy ice storm come through last Friday morning so we didn't get to go out for our anniversary dinner. No big deal, we had hubby's request for Meatloaf instead (already mixed up in the freezer of course). I'll be moving the Ham dinner to this week instead. We ate from the pantry last week. It got kind of old eating so many frozen veggies but we saved some money and are better for it. I also did not make the Spaghetti dinner on Sunday because I had leftover taco meat from our Taco salads to use...so we had nachos instead :)
Here is this weeks plan:
Monday: Cranberry Catalina Chicken, Scalloped Potatoes and Green Beans
Tuesday: Breakfast Tacos and Fruit Salad
Wednesday: Baked Ham, Hashbrown Casserole, Pinto Beans and Steamed Broccoli
Thursday: Spaghetti (maybe chicken, maybe regular), Salad and Bread
Friday: Corn Chowder
Saturday: Harvest and Grain Pancakes and Garden Fritatta
Sunday: Pizza and Snacks for Superbowl Sunday - Go Colts!
I'm in the process of baking a lemon pound cake and I'll post the recipe if it turns out!
