Teriyaki Pork Chops

I always had a problem with dry, chewy pork chops when I bought the pre-cut kind. I stumbled upon an article one time talking about cutting your own and my pork chop life has never been the same! Here is a marinade we really enjoy. Throw in some fresh rosemary too if you have it on hand.

Ingredients
1/2 cup teryaki sauce or marinade
1 tsp fresh or dried ginger
1 tsp fresh or powdered garlic
zest of 1/4 lime (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a ziploc bag with the Pork Chops and marinate for at least 4 hours. Grill and enjoy!
