Breakfast Pockets

As part of my freezer day I made some breakfast pockets to put in the freezer for a quick breakfast option on days where nobody wants cereal or oatmeal. Plus, I had some canned biscuits that needed to get used and some leftover filling from breakfast burritos the other night. These were super simple and the one we sampled was yum-o. They were nothing fancy, by any means but served their purpose well :)

Ingredients
One can of biscuits or your favorite dough
egg and sausage filling
cheese (optional)

Take one biscuit (or your dough), break in half and roll into balls
Roll each ball out and place filling on one piece of rolled dough.
Cover the filling with the other piece of rolled dough.
Bake 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. If putting in the freezer take out a little early since you'll be reheating later.
Cool and Enjoy now or wrap individually and put in the freezer for later :)

Do you reheat in the oven or the microwave?

I just put them in the microwave, but the oven would be delicious!
