Roasted Two Tone Potatoes

I love to roast these in the oven as a side dish. They make a wonderful partner to anything grilled and are just perfect for all of your summer meals. If you are concerned about the salt content, purchase the reduced sodium (powder) mixes.

2 large sweet potatoes
2 large russet potatoes
1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or one crushed garlic clove
ground black pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil

Peel and dice potatoes into like cubes. Toss all ingredients into a bowl and pour onto a well sprayed baking sheet. Roast for 30 minutes on 400 or until lightly browned.
These are so good. Trust me.
