About that Pumpkin Shortage...

Did any of you read the many articles, including this one by the Washington Post about the Great Pumpkin Shortage of 2010? Well, evidently Aldi was prepared because I found TONS of it today and for only $0.89 a can! Not only is that a great price normally, but even more so considering the "shortage" - if you have an Aldi near you, I suggest you go grab some! I had to contain my happy dance in the aisle. I'm so ready to make this recipe now!
