Pineapple Pork Tenderloin

Pork Tenderloin oftens goes on a great sale at Kroger and it is such a healthy cut of meat. Use this recipe for an easy delicious dinner ready in no time. Shred leftover tenderloin for healthy BBQ or cut into strips for Stir Fry. You'll be surprised how many delicious, healthy meals you can make out of this.

Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin (or pork roast, trimmed)
1 bottle BBQ Sauce
1 large Can Crushed Pineapple
Salt and Pepper to taste
Few Dashes of Smoky Mesquite Seasoning, like Weber's (optional)

Place all ingredients in a dutch oven, cover and roast for 2 hours on 300. Allow to cool before slicing and serve with pineapple sauce created in pot.
