If there is one kitchen gadget I use every.single.day. it is my apple corer/slicer. This is one of the most wonderful, useful inventions on the face of the planet! When I say every day, I'm not joking or exaggerating. My husband has an apple in his lunch every day at work and my oldest eats an apple every day, 7 days a week. I've had this pampered chef one since my husband and I got married (just two weeks shy of) 6 years ago and it is still going strong! I've seen them at Target for $4.99 and have often thought of getting another one to use while this one is in the sink or dishwasher - ha! It is worth every single penny in my book and my kitchen will never be without one. :)
