Full Kroger Coupon Policy - 2011

Here is an updated version of Kroger Delta's Coupon Policy that I received from corporate just last week. Please print this and take it with you when you shop so that you can avoid as much hassle as possible.

DELTA:

The store manager has the right to accept, decline or limit the quantity of coupons or items used or purchased in a single transaction, by a single customer, or in a single day.

Double Coupons:
o          Manufacturer coupons of $0.60 or less will be doubled.
o          Manufacturer coupons over $0.61 will be redeemed at face value.
o          Up to eight (8) coupons will be doubled per identical or “like” item per shopping visit.
Ø          Any additional manufacturer coupons for that “like” item will be redeemed at face value.
o          This does not apply to “free”, Kroger, Catalina, Retail Food Store coupons, electronic coupons on the Kroger Plus card or items prohibited by law.

Pharmacy Coupons:
o          Competitor pharmacy coupons are accepted.
o          LCM or competitor coupons may not be used in conjunction with our $4 Generic Program.

General Coupon Policy:
o          Limit one (1) manufacturer coupon per item purchased.
o          Limit one (1) store coupon per item purchased.
o          One (1) manufacturer and one (1) store coupon can be used on the same item.
o          Coupons cannot be used on “free” or marked down items.
o          Expired coupons are not accepted.
o          Amount refunded cannot exceed the cost of the item.

PRINT-AT-HOME (PAH) COUPONS:

o          We only accept printable coupons if they scan properly at checkout.
o          We do not accept "free product" printable coupons that have no purchase requirement.
o           Buy-one-get-one-free coupons and other values that have a purchase requirement are

acceptable but will be MUCH less common than traditional value-off coupons.
o          We do not accept coupons for more than about 75% of a product's value without advance

             notice.
o           Coupons will be rejected if they appear out of proportion or blurry, or are obvious

             duplicates.
o           Legitimate PAH coupons are never copied, sold, or traded. Nearly all coupons are "non
transferable," meaning they should not be photocopied or scanned and distributed to others.
o           Coupons will be rejected if they appear to have been altered in any way.

I hope that this information is helpful. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us at 800.576.4377.

Sincerely,

This policy has CHANGED! The printed coupons can now be the full price of the item but can not be more than the price of the item. also no printable coupons that are over $1 will be accepted. I called today and this is what i was told. I was  also told that they were still in the process of changing the rules and that it is lible to be different starting next week!

At my Kroger they said new policy is only 2 internet coupons per person per day.  Have you heard anything about this?
