Make March Matter Tip #2

Give yourself a "Grate" complement!

Add grated, shredded or chopped vegetables such as zucchini, spinach and carrots to lasagna, meat loaf, mashed potatoes, pasta sauce and rice dishes. You would be surprised what you can throw in adding wonderful health benefits and never altering the flavor. Two of my favorite places to do this are chili and spaghetti sauce.
