Most of these receipes that you cook for weight wartchers, you can use one cup of sugar and they will still be veRy tasty. Most receipes that call for 2 cups of sugar, can be made with just 1. I never put as much sugar as the receipe calls for and I'm 66 years old. I have been cooking for about 50 years.
