Menu Plan 4/19-4/25

Here is our plan for the week. Did you know that one of the recipes below actually won a recipe contest? Well, it did! Stay tuned to find out which one :) I'll be posting the Pepper Steak and Chicken Enchilada recipes this week. Don't forget to enter the great giveaway ending this friday!

Monday: Meatloaf, holiday potatoes, green beans, creamed corn and biscuits
Tuesday: Apricot Chicken Pasta, Garlic Bread and Salad
Wednesday: Pepper Steak, Rice and Steamed Corn
Thursday: Chicken Enchiladas
Friday: Pizza, Breadsticks and Salad
Saturday: BBQ Chicken, Baked Beans and Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Sunday: Roast, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli
