This is a really easy, really flavorful marinade that would be great over chicken or pork. I recommend either grilling outside or on a grill pan, but I bet they would also be good baked in the oven. You're welcome to try the crockpot but I have the WORST luck cooking anything in mine!
Ingredients
4 pork chops (remember you can cut your own)
1/4 cup peach preserves, plus more for basting
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
Combine pork chops and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, marinade for at least 2 hours (better if overnight).
Cook until almost done (about 2 minutes out) and brush with one more layer of peach preserves. Serve with desired sides and enjoy.
